'Minecraft' Adds an Add-on Shop for Mobiles

For many, the most significant limitation of Minecraft's Pocket and Windows 10 Editions has been the lack of community-generated content. What good is playing on your mobile without the new texture pack that you saw on your PC? This is your chance to try it. Microsoft and Mojang have announced an online Marketplace that lets both Pocket and Windows 10 gamers download content from community creators, including textures, skins, and entire worlds. Instead of buying paid content, you can purchase Minecraft Coins which permit you to purchase the accessories you want. Although it helps to mask the real value of what you're buying, it's actually used by producers to set flexible pricing. You might not want to allow children to have unlimited access, in other words. The Marketplace lets creators create businesses only. It will not allow you to register your app just to have enjoyment. The Marketplace permits creators with registered businesses to receive 70% of the revenues. This is comparable to the typical mobile app stores. A successful seller is likely to earn a substantial amount of money, even if not the amount they could earn by selling directly. The Marketplace will initially be restricted in access. This will still bridge the gap between your Minecraft experience on mobile devices and those on your PC.
